Attendees may visit ALPS Inspection at booth S-16089 to explore groundbreaking solutions in leak testing for empty plastic containers, ensuring product quality and consumer safety.

During NPE, ALPS Inspection will introduce the BenchPlus™ Manual Leak Testing System and the new Vision Option. BenchPlus offers versatile, general-purpose benchtop leak detection capabilities, ideal for off-line, supplemental sampling, new container development, and select slow production processes. Its simple, effective operation makes it an optimal tool for confirming container integrity before full-scale production.

The Vision Option can enhance leak testers with simple vision capabilities to detect specific defects such as choked necks and finish ovality. Utilizing an Omron camera with integrated lighting, this addition is available on new systems and will be demonstrated on the FlexPitch® Multi-head leak tester. A dual-camera system option caters to dual-neck containers, showcasing ALPS Inpsection’s commitment to adaptable inspection technology.

The full lineup of leak tester products to be featured in ALPS Inspection’s booth will include:

• FlexPitch: With the ability to add the new, simple Vision Option, the FlexPitch can now detect certain defects with a single Omron camera. A second camera option is available for dual-neck containers.
• FlexPitch Duo: With a small footprint, simple setup, and an optimized color HMI, the FlexPitch Duo Leak Tester brings speed and flexibility to small container blow molding lines.
• QuickCheck: The ALPS Inspection QuickCheck Single-head Leak Tester is a general-purpose, cost-efficient empty container leak tester with a wide range of capabilities.
• BenchPlus: The BenchPlus Manual Leak Testing System is a compact, general-purpose, and budget-friendly solution. It’s the go-to benchtop leak tester for precise testing and in-depth data reporting.

ALPS Inspection representatives from business development, engineering, and customer service will be available throughout the show to provide in-depth product demonstrations and answer questions.
