The QuickCheck linear leak testing system offers an efficient and affordable testing solution for lower speed applications.

(OAK CREEK, WI – January 31, 2023) –  ALPS Inspection, the market leader in manufacturing of in-line leak inspection equipment for empty plastic containers of all sizes, shapes, and materials, announced the launch of the QuickCheck linear leak tester, an innovative update and replacement to the popular SC Linear system.

This system is often the first testing system a customer owns and is designed to be as simple as possible to integrate into production lines. Not to mention operators will appreciate how much simpler our Human Machine Interface (HMI) is to keep the line running proficiently.

The QuickCheck linear leak tester is a reliable and user-friendly leak testing system that utilizes state-of-the-art technology. Its new and optimized HMI delivers data reporting and graphing capabilities and an easy-to-navigate touch screen that displays common functions, parameters, and testing results. Additionally, expanded connectivity allows for extended remote support and data reporting.

“ALPS strives to be at the forefront of innovation, and we constantly invest in research and product development to deliver our customers advanced solutions for their testing needs,” said Jill Shearer, General Manager at ALPS. “QuickCheck is designed to help our customers improve their quality control process, to be able to offer their customers the best and safest products possible.”

The integrated system offers single-head, general-purpose empty container leak testing. With its intuitive, user-friendly capabilities and increased speed and efficiency, QuickCheck is the perfect entry-level leak testing system for any production line.

Upgraded features of QuickCheck:

The HMI's guided setup feature provides step-by-step instructions to show a novice operator how to set up a brand-new bottle, including all mechanical steps and setup of the leak test and reject limits.

Simple single-location test and reject can quickly and easily confirm container compliance and automatically reject defective containers before the conveyor restarts.

•    Fast and simple installation allows the detector to be easily moved and reinstalled on different lines, providing complete control and flexibility.

•    Indexing conveyor leak tester offers easy adjustments of the conveyor rails and probe mounting for quick container changeovers for faster, more efficient production and testing times.

High-speed, integrated leak tester that performs pressure decay tests to detect and reject defective containers, minimizing user intervention and protecting valuable inventory.

“ALPS is devoted solely to leak testing equipment and we are proud to not only offer the best solutions, but also the expertise and experience to keep our customers up and running,” Shearer continued. “We are dedicated to being the best for our customers so they can be the best for their customers.”
