Oak Creek, Wis (September 29, 2022) - The ALPS Peak Service Training® program is now available for customers to become on-site, certified experts for their ALPS Inspection machines. The exclusive certification provides the knowledge and experience needed to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the machines with confidence; helping to reduce the need for customers to contact an ALPS service technician.

The certification program is designed to empower operations and maintenance personnel of all shifts with the expertise necessary to ensure the inspection equipment performs at optimal levels and that downtime is reduced as much as possible. ALPS Inspection conducts the training at the customer’s plant location and provides personnel with a full range of knowledge for ALPS machines.

“We are excited to provide the support and knowledge our customers need to service their inspection equipment right on-site, which saves them both time and money,” said Randy Williamson, Service Manager at ALPS Inspection. “Keeping lines moving is critical to our customers and our goal with this program is to help minimize the amount of time that machines are offline and to cost-effectively help increase the lifespan of their inspection equipment investment.”

Details about the certification program:

  • Up to five employees can register for a one day session
  • A one day session is approximately eight hours
  • A multi-day training option is available
  • The agenda consists of classroom and hands-on education
  • Training applies to both operator and maintenance employees
  • Wireless headsets will be provided for optimal group communication
  • The certification is valid for three years
