Plastic Container Integrity Tester

Introducing a new cost-effective tool to monitor and improve plastic container production. Model SS-100 bottle integrity testers offer 100% inspection for leaks and top seal surface defects, including:

  • Capability to test approximately 0.5" to 4" diameter containers
  • Testing speeds as high as 160 BPM
  • Detectable hole sizes down to 0.004" in diameter
