SC-100

SC-110 Single Station Automated Leak Tester

The ALPS Model SC-110 is a single-station automated system with conveyor. It utilizes the ALPS Smart Test Module (STM) pressure-decay test circuit.

Features:

  • 48" length indexing conveyor with extruded aluminum frame, dual-tier rails and variable speed frequency drive
  • Base plate, leveling feet and stabilizer wheel for portability
  • Reject cylinder at test station

Typical applications are for medium to large size containers produced at up to the 10-20 BPM range. Consult factory for details.

SA-100

SA-110 Single & Multiple Station Trimmer-Mount Leak Tester

The ALPS SA-110 series are single and multiple-station automated units designed to integrate with indexing machinery such as bottle trimmers. They utilize the ALPS Smart Test Module (STM) pressure-decay test circuit.

Features:

  • Modular design STM enclosure(s)
  • Adjustable probe assembly with bottle presence photo-eye
  • Proximity sensor to provide test signal (e.g. to sense platen on trimmer)
  • Accept or reject result provided a programmable number of indexes after the leak test occurs
